- Research
engineering drawings using REDARS, IVT, and CATIA to verify the
aircraft is being built to type design.
- Verify
all previous operations are completed correctly and by certified
mechanics and quality.
- Perform
inspections of the aircrafts assemblies, sub-assemblies, components,
and parts to ensure build is to engineering specifications.
- Submit
areas of the aircraft previously inspected by myself to live customer.
- Identify
and document all discrepancies by initiating non-conformance EPD's and
pick-ups.
- Validate
all data collects are recorded within the appropriate installation
operations.
- Use
appropriate measuring tools including calipers, bore gauges,
angularity gauges, countersink gauges, flushness gauges, feeler
gauges, scales, ohmmeters, flashlights and mirrors, and loop
resistance tools to determine the aircraft is within specific
tolerances.
- Attend Employee Involvement meetings weekly to
help improve processes and/or tooling.

fiber optic, Cat 6, and other types of cabling for Timpo and other
various jobs assigned to.
- Terminate
the ends of cabling once pulled into TR or SEA. Terminated using various
types of connectors for fiber and RJ-45 connectors for Cat 6, and
performed testing using Fluke DTX 1800 tester.
- Responsible
for labeling all patch panels, racks, and all newly installed equipment,
and able to install infrastructure for zone cabling system.
